Shoulder                       -  February, March ,April,  and
 -  September, October, November, Dec (1-20th)
 - weeknight $190; weekend $450; weekly $1200

Summer                         - Dec (21-31st), January
- weeknight $225; weekend $500; weekly $1500

Public Holidays          - Easter (4 Night Minimum) $1000
- June Long Weekend (3 Nights Minimum) $650
- October Long Weekend (3 Night Minimum) $750

Please note our following conditions:
  • Minimum 2 night stay;
  • Minimum 3 night stay for public holidays;
  • 50% deposit payable to secure booking, with the balance due at checkin
  • Check in is 1pm, Check out is 10am, unless otherwised arranged;
  • The apartment is non-smoking ;
  • All deposits are non refundable. However bookings may be transfered if 3 weeks notice is given. If less than 3 weeks notice is given, or a cancellation made, the deposit is forfeited; unless the property can be rented for the specified dates booked;
  • Rates or conditions may be subject to change.
